Hi - I'm Reed. I started Freshwater Services with my mother, Diane, to bring a local, family run real estate business to South Lake Tahoe. I met my wife, Annemarie, here and I am proudly raising my young children in this wonderful community. When deciding on buying, selling or renting your home here, I will give you my honest answers and opinions to help make the best decision for you and your family. I added handyman work to my services so we can be a one stop shop. We know how small, easy jobs can add up and take more time than you have, so let us help.

Hi - I'm Diane. I have been a real estate agent for 40 years now and it is a passion of mine.
